Michael P. Foley
Michael P. Foley is the son of an Irish-German father and a French-Canadian mother, so yes, he grew up taking both Catholicism and drinking seriously. He has written several quirky books including Drinking with the Saints: The Sinner’s Guide to a Holy Happy Hour, Drinking with Saint Nick: Christmas Cocktails for Sinners and Saints, and The Politically Incorrect Guide to Christianity.
Mike eventually became a Catholic theologian, married his wonderful wife Alexandra, got a job as Associate Professor of Patristics in the Great Texts Program at Baylor University in Texas, and had six great kids along the way. More boring details about Mike, his interests, and his other writings can be found at michaelpfoley.info.
