Eileen Reuter, PhD

Dr. Eileen Reuter graduated from Teachers College, Columbia University with her PhD in Philosophy and Education. She is a Research Fellow for the Nesti Center for Faith and Culture at the University of St Thomas (Houston), teaching a course on The Human Person for the new Catholic Women’s and Gender Studies Program.  She is a former teacher and now supervises student teaching for Catholic University of America. Her research looks at the intersection of classical education in the United States and gender formation of girls. She and her husband and their, soon-to-be 6 children, live in the DC area.
