Regina Bethencourt

Regina Bethencourt is the founder of Tenuto, a marketing agency that helps businesses with brand development, website design, and marketing strategy. She started her career in public relations, working with clients in real estate and luxury remodeling. She then served as Director of Marketing & Communications for a non-profit focused on supporting professional women.

After the birth of her first child she experienced first-hand how challenging professional life is for moms, so she launched Tenuto with the mission of building a flexible work environment that allows parents to spend maximum time with their kids. Tenuto prioritizes flexible schedules, efficient work hours and a culture of team support. As a result, the agency is able to attract top talent who would otherwise stay on the sidelines of the workforce, and has grown exponentially since its founding in 2019.

Regina lives in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband and five children.
