Melissa Buck

Melissa has five beautiful children adopted through the foster care system. Having been a foster parent for ten years, Melissa now spends her time mentoring foster parents and advocating for foster children, parents, and agencies, including as a party to litigation in her home state of Michigan to protect faith-based agencies and the families and children they serve. She and her husband are recipients of the Angels in Adoption Award (2019). Melissa is grateful for the personal support she has received from her agency, St. Vincent Catholic Charities.
