Elise Crawford Gallagher

Elise Crawford Gallagher is a wife and mom to two little girls. As of March 2023, she is the Chief Operating Officer of her family business, JC Law, a regional criminal and domestic law firm based in Baltimore, MD with offices in King of Prussia, PA and Fairfax, VA.

Before JC Law, Elise was the Founder & CEO of Ringlet, a marketing agency focused on serving women-owned businesses. Elise built RINGLET from a one-woman show to a thriving multi-dimensional company with eight employees. Ringlet produced national, multi-level campaigns for startups around the country.

In 2018, she founded Catholic Women in Business, a resource and online community of over 7,000 Catholic working women. Through CWIB’s blog posts, podcast, newsletter, and Facebook forum, CWIB empowers women to define what “working” means to them both spiritually and personally—so that they can thrive as a Catholic woman in business. Elise’s mission is to encourage Catholic women to boldly step into their feminine genius to live the vocations God has called them to.

With Taryn DeLong, Elise co-authored Holy Ambition: Thriving as a Catholic Woman at Work and at Home (2024), which was written to help Catholic professional women navigate work and life with Christ at the center of it all, recognizing that one’s most ambitious calling is to be saints.
