The CIC and Young Catholic Professionals (YCP) Washington, DC invite you to our upcoming co-hosted Executive Panel Discussion on Wednesday, May 20th at 6:30 pm.
This conversation, “Real Estate and Homeownership,” will feature an all-Catholic all-star cast of folks who will present on every aspect of the home buying process, from financially planning to afford a home, to finding a good house, to the tax advantages of homeownership.
Our panelists include Jose Semorile—a DC-based real estate broker with over 20 years of local real estate experience and board member with The Catholic Business Network—and David Latimer—seasoned Mortgage Sales Manager with Wells Fargo with over 20 years of mortgage banking industry experience overseeing billions of dollars in loan production. You won’t want to miss this inspiring and educational discussion designed for the young professional.
Drinks and complimentary appetizers will be available. Dress code is business casual or work uniform. Members and clergy join for free. Non-Member tickets are $5.
This presentation is offered in-person only and designed for young adult Catholic professionals (ages 20s-30s).

As a trusted real estate advisor, Jose understands that buying or selling a home is one of life’s most significant decisions. Additionally, he is a Knight of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, an organization dedicated to serving the poor, sick, refugees, and marginalized communities in 122 countries worldwide. When he is not working or serving his community, Jose enjoys traveling with his family.
