All young adults (21-late 30s) are invited to DCCatholic’s and the CIC’s summer Theology on Tap series “Vacation Bible School” at Buffalo Billiards in Dupont Circle on Tuesday evenings from July 11-August 1 for. We’ve upgraded from bible school crafts to craft beers as we question and explore how God’s Word makes a difference in our daily lives. Bring your friends and meet other YA Catholics for Happy Hour specials from 6-7pm with a talk and Q/A to follow from 7-8pm. #totdc

Fr. Eric de la Pena is a Conventual Franciscan priest serving the Catholic University of America as Associate Chaplain for Faith Development. He also ministers to the local Prayer groups of Washington DC through monthly Mass, spiritual talks and retreats such as the Life in the Spirit Seminar. Before his entrance to the Franciscan Order, Fr Eric practiced as a licensed physical therapist in New York City with specialty in spinal mobilization. He also has a keen interest on the study of Scripture that relates to Christian living. Fr. Eric holds three degrees: a Master of Divinity, a Master in Theology specializing in Christian Spirituality and a Bachelor’s degree in the science of Physical Therapy.
