SUMMARY:Mercy\, Retribution\, and the Sentencing Judge
DESCRIPTION:The CIC and our co-sponsor The Center for the Constitution and the Catholic Intellectual Tradition (CIT) invite you to join us on Wednesday\, November 19 at 1:00 PM EST for “Mercy\, Retribution\, and the Sentencing Judge.” \nMercy is\, of course\, a virtue. Sullivan — Judge\, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit\nHon. Stephanos Bibas — Judge\, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit\nWilliam M. M. Kamin (moderator) — Assistant Professor of Law and Managing Director for CIT\, The Catholic University of America\, Columbus School of Law\n\nThis program will be offered both in-person and virtually through a YouTube livestream. \n11/19 Schedule: \n\n12:30 PM: Check-in and grab a cup of coffee\n1:00 PM: “Mercy\, Retribution\, and the Sentencing Judge” — offered both in-person and virtually through a livestream\n2:00 PM: Program concludes\n\nThank you to the Center for the Constitution and the Catholic Intellectual Tradition (CIT) for co-sponsoring this program. \nPlease RSVP today!
